Gamma stimulates new brain cell production in the frontal cortex
What are gamma brain waves?
Gamma brain waves are seen in states of peak performance (both physical and mental), high focus and during mystic and transcendental experiences. One of the characteristics of gamma waves is synchronization of activity over wide areas of the brain. It powers up and harmonizes the anterior and posterior synapses of the central nervous system, creating ecstatic connections and fusing the networks. Gamma unifies the mind and heart to attain higher consciousness and what many have experienced as universal love.
Gamma stimulates new brain cells production in the frontal cortex and in the hippocampus.
It's also the brainwase state where neuroplasticity occurs and new pathways in the brain are made.
This is important because before this was discovered, the only ways to support neurgenesis after a certain point was through physical exercise, diet and learning new things.
This is a way we tell our brain “I'm not dying, so please, continue making new brain cells'.
Gamma brainwaves support both neurogenesis and neuroplasticity.
It is worth a try at home or in nature, to concentrate/focus on a point/meditate everyday!
To surely increase happiness and calmness in your daily life.

A gamma wave or gamma rhythm is a pattern of neural oscillation in humans with a frequency between 25 and 140 Hz, the 40 Hz point being of particular interest.[
Gamma rhythms are correlated with large scale brain network activity and cognitive phenomena such as working memory, attention and perceptual grouping, and can be increased in amplitude via meditation or neurostimulation.
Altered gamma activity has been observed in many mood and cognitive disorders such as Alzheimer's disease, epilepsy, and schizophrenia.Elevated gamma activity has also been observed in moments preceding death.
